Mirza....Party of 5!

Obviously, a lot has happened since my last post. We have added another child to the mix.
Sarah Katherine "Sarah Kate", was born May 6, 2010. We are thrilled to have her! It should be interesting with 3 kids, 3 and under.
I'll do a little recap over all the kids.
Jackson is 3 1/2 and seems so mature and big. He played soccer this fall and spring.....Ali coached this spring, and is starting t-ball this Saturday. It seems like we were just bringing him home from the hospital and now he is a big boy. He is very sweet and a great big brother. He watches out for Sophie all the time. Sometimes he'll tell me, "mommy can you watch Sophie now?" like I haven't been and he is exhausted from it:) Some of his favorite things now: eating vegetables, drinking chocolate milk, making sure the clock says 8 before he goes to bed, the number infinity, watching Ali and I play Mario Bros. on the wii, riding his balance bike "skoot" all around the house, being silly with Sophie, riding in the back of the suburban now that Sarah Kate is here, giving kisses and hugs, playing with Daddy, having show and tell at school, telling me what he gets for desert at dinner if he eats a good amount of his dinner, talking about volcanos, and the planets, and playing with friends at school.
Sophie is 1 1/2. She is a mess. She is a dare devil. She is not allowed to sit on the couch or the bed with us because she will throw her self flat on her back and say wee without paying attention if she is too close to the edge. She has been to the er once due to this. She is funny and loves to take things from her brother and then "book it" and hide from him. She is a little bully:) She also LOVES her baby dolls. Usually the first word out of her mouth in the morning is babydoll or baby. We can't let her sleep with one because she gets too excited and wakes up all night to play with it. She also loves to "read" her books!
Sarah Kate- We're just getting to know her, but so far she is a laid back baby. We're still on that pretty much 24 hour nap thing. She was keeping us up for a few hours the first couple of nights home, but now that she is a whopping week old she has started to sleep well at night. She looks just like Jackson and Sophie, especially Jackson. The Mirza genes are pretty strong because all my babies come out with lots of jet black hair. Sarah Kate has some bad cawl licks, but think goodness she is a girl and hairbows and clips will help the situation. We battled them so much with Jackson and would say, if he was a girl we could just pull that back in a bow.
We're busy for sure, but we also like the chaos......there are times we are like.....Seriously, all of these are ours:)!
I'm hoping to get much better at posting because I want the kids to have this to look back on one day!
