This weekend we started celebrating Halloween! This is the first year that Jackson actually "gets" Halloween, and definitely gets wanting the candy! My first challenge of the holiday is limiting the candy intake. Any advice? We had Jackson's Spooktacular at his school on Saturday, and Trunk-or-Treat at our church on Sunday. We had fun at both events, and I feel like Halloween has already come and gone. I was at the grocery store yesterday and couldn't figure out why they still had so much Halloween stuff on display, and why it wasn't on sale....then I realized that it was because Halloween was THIS Friday. Sophie was a trooper and was great at both events, just slept right thru all the fun.
